Terms & Conditions — 7666bat Platform Rules

§ 01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 7666bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of any service provided through the 7666bat website at 7666bat.bet and any associated subdomains or applications operated by the Platform.

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether you are browsing as a guest, registering a new account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is effective immediately upon your first access to the Platform and remains in effect for the duration of your use.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any such supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party — including as a proxy player, agent, or representative — you confirm that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms, and that individual will be equally bound by all provisions herein.

§ 02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 7666bat Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The Platform enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts closed immediately and any remaining balance forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or nominee for any other person.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited, restricted, or requires a licence or government authorisation that you do not possess.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 7666bat or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.

Age verification is conducted as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before any withdrawal is processed. 7666bat reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority.

§ 03 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on 7666bat — including real-money betting, casino games, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a contact phone number.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active player account on the 7666bat Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under any alias, alternative identity, or third-party identity — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed, bonuses will be voided, and any balance derived from bonus play may be forfeited.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you notify us immediately that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal. The Platform may request any of the following documents:

• Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or other government-issued photo ID.

§ 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

7666bat supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also supported where available.

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount across all supported mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposit fees: 7666bat does not charge fees on deposits made via supported mobile wallet methods. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of 7666bat. The Platform is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the verified 7666bat player account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are displayed in the account cashier section at the time of the request.
• 7666bat targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume.
• Withdrawal requests associated with bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those bonuses. Funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

7666bat reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or the account activity is unusual. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

§ 05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

7666bat may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, and other incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Players are advised to read all bonus terms in full before opting into any promotional offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder in whose name the account is registered. Bonuses are non-transferable.
• 7666bat reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already in progress.
• If a player withdraws a deposit before meeting the applicable wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including multi-accounting, use of bots, collusion, or exploitation of system errors — will be voided in their entirety, and the associated account may be closed.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active may be capped. Bets placed above any stated maximum while a bonus is active may be settled at the capped amount, and any excess winnings may be removed.

§ 06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 7666bat sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and by physical mechanics in live dealer broadcasts. The Platform's decisions on bet settlement are final and binding.

Sportsbook rules:

• Bets are accepted on the basis of the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Quoted odds may change up until the moment a bet is placed; the odds displayed in your confirmed bet slip are the odds that apply.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and at the Platform's discretion. 7666bat reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time during an event.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time has been completed (as defined in sport-specific rules), bets will be settled according to the relevant market rules, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake.
• 7666bat will not be responsible for errors in the display of odds caused by technical malfunctions. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds (manifest error) may be voided at the Platform's discretion.

Casino and game rules:

• Game rules for all slots, table games, live dealer titles, crash games (including Monster Dice), and card games (including Rummy) are displayed within the game interface itself. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live dealer session or crash game round, the round will be settled according to the result recorded on the game server at the time of the malfunction. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and subject to change. Jackpot wins are verified and paid following confirmation of a valid win by the game supplier.

§ 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7666bat Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, including false name, age, address, or identity documents.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under your own identity or any other identity, for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or use of automated tools to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in casino card games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage over other participants at the table.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or play games in a manner that is not consistent with legitimate human play.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds through a pattern of betting and withdrawing.
• Exploitation of errors: Intentionally exploiting a technical error, pricing error, or display glitch on the Platform to obtain an unfair financial advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to a legitimate deposit made to your 7666bat account.
• Abusive conduct: Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward 7666bat staff or other players through any channel.

§ 08 Account Suspension & Closure

7666bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Determination that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a designated third party acting on their behalf.
• A court order or lawful instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring the Platform to restrict account activity.

Voluntary account closure: A player wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of the standard withdrawal process.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude due to problem gambling concerns should contact support immediately. § 09 Limitation of Liability

7666bat provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, reliable, and secure access to our services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7666bat and its affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results, odds displays, or account balance figures caused by technical malfunction, provided that such errors are corrected promptly upon identification.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), banking partners, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 7666bat's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that the outcome of bets and games is uncertain. 7666bat is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of participation in betting or gaming activities on the Platform. You are solely responsible for managing your gaming budget within your personal financial means.

§ 10 Amendments to These Terms

7666bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: updates to platform features, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, updates to payment processing arrangements, or clarification of existing provisions.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 7666bat will notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with the player's account. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 7666bat Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
